PET SCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS:

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents with or without pets, as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact us. An enrollment link will be provided for you after completion of the rental application. 

• Pet Policy Type: Cat, Dog, Fish
• Other Pets Allowed: The following is a list of breeds that are not permitted to live on-site. The list includes, but is not limited to: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier Mix, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Spitz, Akitas or Bull Mastiffs. The only exception would be pets designated as service animals to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for the specific purpose of aiding that person.

• One-time pet fee: $400 Non-Refundable for First Pet & $300 Non-Refundable for Second Pet
• Pet monthly rent min: $20-$40 - Monthly Rent Based on PetScreening Results
