Tours and visits

You can schedule a tour online or by contacting our leasing office directly. Walk-ins are always welcome, our friendly team will be happy to show you around the community and available floor plans so you can get a feel for life at Creekside.

Application and Leasing

You can easily apply online through our website. Simply create an account, follow the guided steps, and our team will be in touch to help with anything you need along the way.

You’ll need to provide proof of income during the application process. This helps us confirm eligibility and move your application along smoothly.  

Applicants must have a combined gross income of at least three times the monthly rent to qualify for an apartment at Creekside.  

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 7 to 15 months, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your lifestyle and plans.  

For the comfort and security of all residents, subleasing is not permitted at Creekside.

Yes. All residents are required to have renter’s insurance for the duration of their lease. This helps both parties have more peace of mind and protects your belongings.

If you’d like to renew your lease, just reach out to our on-site office. We’ll provide all the necessary information and guide you through the paperwork to make the process as smooth as possible. 

Move-In and Move-Out Support

Yes, the following fees apply to help get your new home ready for move-in: 

  • Application Fee: $85 per person

  • Administration Fee: $200

  • Account Setup Fee: $15

  • Deposit (Standard Approval): $500

  • Deposit (Conditional Approval): $1,500

While we don’t currently offer moving assistance, our leasing team is always happy to offer guidance or local recommendations to make your transition easier. 

We want you to feel at home, but any modifications must be approved in advance. In some cases, documentation may be required for reasonable medical accommodations.  

If you need to move out early, certain fees may apply, including an early termination fee, reletting fee, and any outstanding balances or damages. Our leasing team can help walk you through the process and provide the details specific to your lease.

A 60-day written notice is required before your move-out date to help ensure a smooth transition for both you and our team.

Before moving out, please complete the following steps:

  1. Submit a Notice to Vacate: Provide a written 60-day notice using the required Living Residential form.

  2. Return the Apartment in Good Condition: Clean and return your apartment in the same condition as when you moved in.

  3. Update Mail and Utilities: File a change of address with the U.S. Postal Service and schedule your electricity disconnection for your move-out date.

  4. Return Keys and Access Items: Bring all keys, remotes, and access devices to the leasing office.

  5. Submit the Move-Out Form: Complete and return the move-out form to finalize your departure.

Security deposit refunds are typically processed within 30 days after move-out, in accordance with Texas state law. 

Fees and Payments

  • Standard Deposit: $500 (refundable)

  • Conditional Deposit: $1,500 (refundable)

  • Conditional Security Deposit Alternative: $28/month (non-refundable)

Your deposit or deposit alternative is due at the time of lease signing.

Utilities are billed separately and are not included in the rent. This allows you to pay only for what you personally use.

AT&T services the community, offering reliable internet options for your home.

You can conveniently pay rent online through Rent Café using:

  • Credit or debit card

  • E-check (recurring payments directly from a checking account)

You can also make WIPS (walk-in payments) at participating locations if you prefer to pay in person.

Yes, a few recurring community fees apply:

  • Valet Trash: $35/month

  • Pest Control: $5/month

  • Amenity Fee: $20/month (covers access to the pool, fitness center, and shared spaces)

Parking

Yes, we have several parking options to suit your needs:

  • Open Parking: Free (one spot per leaseholder, max two)

  • Detached Garage: $175/month

  • Attached Garage: $225/month

  • Carport: $50/month

Our team can help you select the best option when you move in.

Guest vehicles must be registered and are subject to a $4 per night parking fee after 11 p.m. To help keep our community enjoyable for everyone, smoking is not permitted on the property, and a maximum of two guests per apartment are allowed at the pool.

Not at this time, though we’re always exploring new amenities to better serve our residents.

Maintenance and Requests

Maintenance requests can be submitted anytime through the resident portal or by calling our leasing office. Our team will schedule and complete your request as quickly as possible.

We handle maintenance requests promptly. For items covered by a third-party warranty, scheduling may take additional time, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Pets

Yes, Creekside is a pet-friendly community. We love welcoming your four-legged companions to their new home.

A non-refundable pet fee and small monthly pet rent apply:

  • Pet Fee: $400 for the first pet, $300 for the second

  • Monthly Pet Rent: $30 for the first pet, $20 for an additional pet

We allow up to two pets per apartment. While certain breed restrictions do apply, there is no weight limit. Our team can provide details about our pet policy when you tour or apply.

Creekside features a convenient bark park, scenic walking trail, and multiple pet waste stations throughout the community, everything you need to enjoy time outdoors with your pet. 

Amenities and Facilities

Residents enjoy a full collection of amenities designed for balance and relaxation, including a fitness center, walking trail, business center, swimming pool, and spacious clubhouse with Wi-Fi. You’ll also find garages, carports, and storage units for rent, plus a cabana area with TVs, a kitchen-style island, restrooms, and plenty of seating.

Yes! Every apartment home has its own washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

There isn’t dedicated bike storage at this time.

While our apartments are equipped for high-speed internet, this service is not included in your monthly rent.. We recommend AT&T, but you’re welcome to work with your preferred internet provider. 

Packages are dropped off and kept in our onsite package lockers for your convenience until you’re able to pick them up. 

Creekside offers seven unique floor plans: three one-bedroom options, three two-bedroom options, and one spacious three-bedroom layout.

Yes, virtual tours are available for all our apartments for rent, allowing you to explore our homes and amenities from anywhere.

Apartments are unfurnished, but you can easily rent furniture and housewares with CORT, our trusted furniture partner.

Community and Lifestyle

We host about 2 events per month! Event calendars are emailed to you at the beginning of every month, as well as event flyers a few days prior to the event. We also encourage you to follow us on social media for more community updates and announcements.

Yes, quiet hours are observed from 10pm–6am to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

If you ever experience a disturbance, please contact the leasing office or on-site security. We’ll take care of the issue promptly and respectfully.

Nearby schools include Bowie High School, Uplift Charter, Kindercare, Andrew Jackson Middle School, and Colin Powell Elementary, all conveniently located just a short drive away.

Creekside at Grand Prairie Apartments is surrounded by everyday conveniences, from grocery stores and restaurants to parks and entertainment. You’ll find The Parks Mall and Grand Prairie Premium Outlets just minutes away, along with nearby attractions like Joe Pool Lake, Traders Village, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, IKEA, and Andretti Indoor Karting & Games.

Creekside is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property to help ensure a clean, healthy environment for all residents.
