Before You Bring Your Pet Home

Creekside is proud to welcome our residents and their four-legged friends home. Below are a few helpful guidelines to keep in mind as you get to know our apartments with a dog park at Grand Prairie, designed to support a friendly, comfortable experience for you, your neighbors, and your best pal.

Permitted Pets

  • Cats and dogs are welcome.
  • Fish and reptiles are also permitted.
  • A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per apartment home.

Please note that guest pets must be approved by the community team. Thank you for your understanding.

Breed Restrictions

Because every household deserves a comfortable community experience, Creekside maintains a few breed restrictions for the care of all residents and their companions. Please review the list below, and reach out to our team with any questions.

Pet Fees and Deposit

  • Pet Fee: $400 for the first pet, $300 for the second
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $30 for the first pet, $20 for an additional pet

Pet Screening

Pet screening is a simple step that helps our team keep pet information and documents organized before move-in. After you complete your rental application, you’ll receive an enrollment link to create your profile through our third-party screening service.
